FOREIGN NATIONAL PRISONERS AND  THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS (OR LACK OF THEM)

On 22nd March 2016 the Supreme Court granted permission to appeal in the case of R (Kiarie) and Anr v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2015] EWCA Civ 1020 raising questions about “deport now, appeal later”.  Mansfield barristers look at different ways of challenging deportation for practitioners and activists.
