A Call For The ICC To Rule On The Conduct Of The Israeli Army
Mark McDonald and Charlotte Proudman of Mansfield Chambers have today been published in the Independent in an article regarding the atrocities being suffered by the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Within the article both Mark and Charlotte identify many incidents that could be seen as constituting international criminal offences at the hands of the Israeli army and how it is time for the International Criminal Court to rule against those actions.
