Success in the Case of Ben Geen Brings Justice One Step Closer
On Wednesday the Criminal Cases Review Commission conceded a judicial review brought against its decision to refuse to refer the case of Ben Geen back to the Court of Appeal. Permission for judicial review had been granted on a number of grounds, based around the failure of the CCRC to properly consider or even understand the evidence presented to it.
Ben is being represented pro bono by Mark McDonald and Stephen Knight of Mansfield Chambers.
